Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales representatives in the field of security and surveillance systems. The role involves leading sales operations, setting targets, coaching the team, and ensuring excellent client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings and negotiations when needed.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with preference given to those with experience in the security systems industry (CCTV, access control, etc.).
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the security sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM or ERP tools (e.g., Odoo).
  • Technical background or understanding of surveillance system design.
  • Fluent in both English.
  • Strong analytical skills
