We distribute Hikvision (the flagship), HiLook (value-tier), EZVIZ (smart-home consumer), Pyronix (alarm systems), and Ajax (professional alarms). All brands are originals with authorized warranty.

Every Hikvision product has a unique serial number on the box and device. You can verify authenticity via the Hikvision Product Verification portal or simply ask for a FastEgy invoice — our invoices are tied directly to authorized distributor records.

Hikvision standard warranty is typically 1–3 years depending on the product line. Premium project-oriented products carry a 5-year global warranty. EZVIZ consumer products are usually 1 year. Full details are on each product page.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. It does NOT cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, water ingress beyond IP rating, power surges, or tampering. Original invoice and serial number required for claims.

Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with a technical report. Products must be in original sealed packaging, unused, with matching serial number and no physical damage. See our full Return Policy for details.

We accept Cash on Delivery (selected areas), bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Fawry, and InstaPay. For project orders, we typically require 100% cash against purchase order. All online payments are processed via secure PCI-DSS certified providers.

Yes. Tax invoices are issued in compliance with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing system. For B2B customers, please provide your commercial register and tax ID before placing an order. Volume and project discounts are available on request.

We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days in Cairo and Giza, and 2–7 business days to other governorates. Project orders may require additional lead time.

We are a distributor — we supply products to integrators and end customers. Installation is typically handled by your certified installer. We offer remote technical support and can recommend authorized installation partners in your area for a fee.

IP cameras send digital video over Ethernet/PoE and record to an NVR, giving higher resolution, remote access, and advanced analytics. Analog (Turbo HD) cameras send video over coaxial cable to a DVR, often cheaper and easier to retrofit on existing cabling.

Choose a recorder based on the number of cameras (channels) and desired resolution. For 4 cameras at 4MP, a 4-channel 4K-ready NVR is ideal. For bigger installations, we offer 8/16/32/64/128 channel models. Our team can size the system for you.

Yes. Hikvision provides the Hik-Connect app (iOS/Android) for live viewing, playback, and notifications. EZVIZ products use the EZVIZ app. Both support cloud and P2P connectivity without complex network setup.

No subscription is required for live viewing or local storage (microSD). Optional EZVIZ CloudPlay subscription offers cloud video backup for an extra layer of protection. You can start with local storage and upgrade later.
