Return & Exchange Policy

Duration

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition.

In case of a manufacturing defect, return or exchange within 30 days with a technical report from the authorized distributor.

Conditions

✔ Original purchase invoice required.

✔ Product must be unused and in original packaging.

✔ CCTV cameras and NVRs/DVRs must not have been installed.

✔ Networking equipment must not have been configured.

✔ Product serial number must match the invoice.

✔ No physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse.

Warranty

All products sold by FastEgy come with the official manufacturer warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.
